WISE is offering the following position for the 2011 Season
Naturalist and Summer Program Assistant- (Closed)
Is responsible for conducting Copper River Country Nature Tours (see http://www.copperrivertours.org/ for additional details). The tour consists of a van ride and nature walk including subjects on the natural and cultural history of the Copper River Valley. The tour includes small group presentations, campsite preparation, and equipment maintenance and inventory. The Naturalist prepares and delivers unique presentations on subjects such as flora, fauna, geology, and cultural history.
Intern Naturalist and Summer Program Assistant: (Closed) Assist Naturalist in conducting tours for the Natural History Tour. A van ride and nature walk include subjects on the natural and cultural history of the Copper River Valley. The tour includes small group presentations, campsite preparation, and equipment maintenance and inventory. Help Naturalist prepare and deliver unique presentations on subjects such as flora, fauna, geology, and cultural history.
